INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM OF BARDONECCHIA - ITALY
EVENTMAKER.IT, on behalf of the Commune of Bardonecchia, under the artistic Direction of sculptor Roberto Alexandria, AIESM Agente in Italy, organized the 27° edition of "Sculpture in the Alps, International " wood Sculpture Symposium that took place on the territory of Bardonecchia from 12 to 18 July 2008.
The suggested theme was : tomorrow's Mountain
The jury selected for the participation to the symposium the following artists:
- Alberto Capellino and Dario Milesi in representation of the territory
- Bettino Francini and Felice Rosa Marin for Italy
- Evrim Kilic, Turkey
- Gleb Tkachenko, Russia
- Gadadhar Ojha, France
- Risto Immonen, Finland
- Thierry Lawers, Belgium
The realized works furnished, with those of the last years, a walk of relax just outside the inhabited area of Bardonecchia.
