II SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM IN CALCAREOUS STONE – SPAIN

Deadline: June 30 th 2012.
The participation to this II Biennial Sculpture Symposium in Calcareous stone is open to all the national and international artists. The work must exclusively be realized in calcareous stone or adding any other kind of material or materials, provided that doesn't overcome the 25 percent of the volume of the work.
The blocks of calcareous stone will be furnished by the organization, and there is not a limit about the dimensions and the volume of the work. The event will take place from the 15th to the 29th of September 2012. Among all the received projects a specialized jury will select three artists finalists. The organization offers board and lodging to the selected artists. The travel expenses will have to be paid by the artists.
Prizes:
- 1ª selected Work: 2000 Euro.
- 2ª selected Work: 1000 Euro
- 3ª selected Work: 500 Euro
