INTERNATIONAL MARBLE SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM - TURKEY

This International Stone Sculpture Symposium will take place in a town of Turkey between May 14th, 2012 and June 8th, 2012. A total of 10 artists will be participating in the symposium. The material to be used is marble. The symposium has no particular theme. The sculptures created in the frame of the symposium will remain in the possession of the organizer.
The organization offers:
-refund of the travel expenses
-local transportation, food and lodging
-an honorarium of 3000 euro for the completed sculpture
-block(s) of marble, cut according to the dimensions the artist has specified, max. of 3 cubic meters. In addition, materials needed for mounting the sculpture and its pedestal —if specified in the application --portfolio— will be provided
