PUBLIC SCULPTURE COMPETITION 2012 – LUXEMBOURG

A Town in Luxembourg is offering an honorarium, accommodation and materials to 3 artists to produce sculptures for their public installation in the town from the 25th of june to the 30th of june 2012. The sculptures will be realized on a public site. All work will be part of a group show at the end of the competition. The invited artists will receive a unique allowance of 1500 Euro. All works will remain property of the town of the organizer.
Material: tree trunk 1,50cm – 2 meters , diameter +/- 50 cm is offered to the artists. All other materiel necessary to realize the sculpture will be brought by the artists. (security clothes,wood saw, …).
