ART WORK FOR A SCHOOL - ITALY

An institution in Italy intends to characterize a scholastic building with the introduction of an art work. The artist is called to propose an art work finalized to the retraining of the atrium of the school. Such zone is exposed to the public passage.
The theme will have to recall the disciplines taught at this scholastic Institutes. The work can be freely realized with any technique and selected material, provided that they will be compatible with the function of the building and they guarantee the characteristic of stability.
Available Budget for the planning, realization and installation of the work: Euro 45.000 (all the expenses included). The organization can decide to correspond a prize for maximum two artists. judged deserving, for the sum of Euro 1.000,00 to the first one and Euro 800,00 to the second one, as refund of the expenses sustained for the presentation of their project. Italian and foreign artists that elect domicile in Italy can participate. A previous visit to the place of installation is obligatory.
