AIESM ANNOUNCES ITS NEW WEB SITE AND NEW SERVICES

AIESM is happy to announce the launch of its new web site and its new services. The graphic appearance of the web site has been completely renewed and it is now optimized for the navigation with the main browsers currently used on PC and Mac.
With this new version, members will find simplified the procedure of upload of their own photos on the web site, with the pictures automatically resized, so that it will be easier and fast to create and update the personal space. An online help is now available inside the administration panel of each member with the instruction to create the personal page.
Some voices of the menù related to the services already offered has been changed.
The old section "News" is now called "Competitions Flash", while the old section "Opportunities" is now called "Competitions Details”.
In the section “Competitions Flash”, open to everybody, you find the synthesis of the information published about each sculpture competition. In this section, open to everybody, the details related to the required documentation and the address to can participate in the various competitions are omitted. These details are specified, instead, together with the links to the integral announcements, in the section "Competitiond Details" of the web site, to which only the AIESM members can enter inserting the USER name and the PASSWORD furnished them at the moment of their registration.
A new section "On going Events" has been also added to the main Menù. Inside this new section, the AIESM members can publicize for free their own exhibitions and events publishing the information through an on line form predisposed in their administration panel. The information ( in the published language/s) will remain visible in the same section of the site until the deadline specified in the form. The same information will be published on a special Newsletter that will be sent once a month to a list of distribution of over 7000 e-mail addresses of critics, gallerists, curators, artists. This new service is totally free for the AIESM members, while, instead, non members will have to pay a fee based on the time the publicity will last on the web site and Newsletter. We wish with these changes to give a better service to our members and to keep on growing together in creating always more opportunities for the sculpture and the sculptors.
