INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM - FINLAND

Call for an International Sculpture Symposium in Finland that place from 7 to 13 August 2019.

Theme:
“Astronomical Phenomena in the Northern Sky” such as for example Lunar Eclipse, Aurora Borealis, Planets, Constellations or Midnight Sun.
The art works can be abstract, realistic, an installation or land art (environmental art).

materials
Pine, diameter 35-50 cm, length 200-400 cm, can be used more than, lumber, steel plates and bars

Travel
The organizer pays the cost of travel: € 500 for Europe, € 800 from Asia and overseas.

Living room
The organization will provide accommodation and meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Instruments
Artist should bring their own instruments. The organization may provide some small chain saws and grinders and welding. Also technical assistance and lifting and electricity (220 V) are available.
