ARTIST IN RESIDENCE - ITALY

An Italian city announces a residency program for artists to be held in May 2019. Up to a maximum of six artists will be selected, to which an atelier will be assigned into the museum that will host the exhibition.
The residence is open to all artists and all the disciplines of the visual arts.

The concept on which the artists are invited to present their applications and work in the period of residence has the title "Transits: traces, maps, paths of contemporary nomadism".

The period of residence will end with the inauguration of the group exhibition in which all the works will be exhibited from 25 May to 30 June 2019.

- The hospitality of the artists is the responsibility of the organization, which will offer each artist accommodation and a flat-rate reimbursement of € 1,000.00 for expenses for food and purchase of materials for artistic production.
