INTERNATIONAL ICE CARVING FESTIVAL – RUSSIA

An International ice carving festival will take place in Russia for ten days in November 2017 and all qualified artists are invited to attend.
- The minimum age to enter the competition is 18 years at the event.
- The candidate's acceptance will be made by the Organizing Committee. The decision will be based on sketch sketches and application forms submitted by the participants.

Competition for ice sculpture
The competition provides 13 sculpture spaces for two-member teams. Each team sculpts blocks of ice, each measuring approximately 100 cm x 50 cm x 35 cm, for a period of 8 days. The winners will be announced on the last day of competition at the award ceremony.

The organization also provides
- Flight ticket.
- Transport to and from the airport on arrival and departure for sculptors outside the city and from and to the accommodation during the competition period.
- assistance with entry visas for foreign participants entering the Russian Federation. To be requested at the time of application or as soon as possible.
- Accommodation for all competitors from the day before the opening ceremony in the morning after the award ceremony.
- the meals of the day before the competition begin with breakfast the day after the contest is awarded.
- Heating and drying area of clothes.
- Power supply (240 volts, however, can be available at 120 volts on request.), Extension cables.
- Heavy equipment and operators to move and stack ice before the event and during the event.
- chain, gas or electric chain saws, buckets and blades, scaffolds and ladders.

AWARDS
All participants of the Festival except winners will be awarded with the 20 000 rubbles and with diplomas.
Cash awards will be presented to first, second, third, place winners.
The first place – 160 000 rubles;
The second place – 120 000 rubles;
The third place – 90 000 rubles.
