OUTDOORS EXHIBITION - FINLAND

Invitation to participate in the edition 2016 of an outdoor exhibition in Finland. National and international artists may participate. The exhibition will include the production of a new site-specific work for a path in nature.
 
The theme of the exhibition 2016 is "Friction", and it takes inspiration from the great movement of people in the world today, and the effects of this movement. Artists are invited to interpret the theme freely to create new works especially for the exhibition. Artists / groups of artists who work with media including sculpture, installation, environmental and / or site-specific art and architecture are encouraged to apply.
Residency period 1-31 May 2016
 
Paid by the organization:
- 1 month accommodation (bedroom in the apartment)
- Costs of the project / travel up to 800 €
- Food during installation week
