PRIZE OF SCULPTURE IN THE FOREST - ITALY

Deadline: 31st January 2014 Theme: Balances. An Italian municipality organizes an art itinerary in the forest. Artists can participate by choosing among different sections, joining two to three of them. Anyway only one work for each artist will be selected: 1. Installation realized using natural material found on the spot, and placed in an opportune space in the forest, and arranged by the organization. 2.: Performance of a vertical sculpture by a linden tree trunk of about 2 m of height and 45-50 cm of diameter, placed on the ground. 3. Realization of a big size sculpture in a wide open space. This section does not require a specific theme. The event will take place from 21st to 29th June 2014.

Prizes 1000 EUR for each section. Accommodation offered Free hotel accommodation available only for artists more than 50 km far away from the event site. Free meal to all the artists for the entire duration of the event. The artist selected for the section number 3 must arrive on 15 June 2014.
