PUBLIC ART: COMMEMORATIVE STATUE - ITALY

The Maritime institute of an Italian City arranges to realize a commemorative statue, in order of this the institute calls for a contest to submit the realization.
The estimated cost for the planning and execution of the work 85.000eu, allocation budget:
For the planning 3.500 eu (subject to rebate)
For the execution 80.000 eu (subject to rebate) = 65.000eu for the realization of the statue + 12.000 eu for the plinth of stone + 3.000eu transport and installation of the work
For the safety 1.500 eu (not subject to rebate)
