Inmaculada Lara Cepeda Professional member Spain Inmaculada Lara Cepeda "Maku" Inmaculada Lara Cepeda, conocida como "Maku," es una artista visual e interdisciplinaria nacida en Tomelloso (Ciudad Real). Trabaja en escultura, pintura, arte sonoro, performance y poesía. Tiene una licenciatura en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Salamanca (2007), especializándose en escultura, audiovisuales, medios artísticos y arte sonoro. También es Técnica Superior en Artes Aplicadas a la Escultura por la Escuela de Artes de Ávila (2000). Maku fue galardonada con la prestigiosa Beca Internacional "Antonio Gala" para Jóvenes Creadores (2004). La artista ha desarrollado una extensa carrera que incluye la participación en simposios internacionales de escultura y la enseñanza. Ha trabajado en varias regiones de España, particularmente en la Escuela del Mármol de Andalucía CEMAF (2007-2009), donde aprendió técnicas industriales a gran escala. Maku ha creado varias esculturas monumentales ubicadas en diferentes partes de España y Portugal. Algunas de sus obras notables incluyen: - **“Tren”** (2003) – Villamayor de Armuña, Salamanca. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca (2007), specializing in sculpture, audiovisuals, art media, and sound art. She is also a Higher Technician in Applied Arts to Sculpture from the School of Arts of Ávila (2000). Maku was awarded the prestigious International Scholarship "Antonio Gala" for Young Creators (2004). The artist has developed an extensive career that includes participation in international sculpture symposiums and teaching. She has worked in various regions of Spain, particularly at the Marble School of Andalusia CEMAF (2007-2009), where she learned large-scale industrial techniques.
