May 2007 - Portugal
 | Arlindo Arez, AIESM Manager in Portugal and Cuneo- Sularte cultural association, organized the 5ºth stone sculpture symposium PORTIMÃO 2007 that took place from the 20th of May to the 3rd of June 2007.
The 7 participating artists have been the following:
ROGER LAPALME, CANADÁ - ARLINDO AREZ, PORTUGAL - PAULO QUARESMA, PORTUGAL - JOSE VILLA, CUBA, PETRE PETROV, BULGARIA - VAROL TOPAÇ, TURKEY, MIGUEL ISLA – SPAIN.
The sculptures realized during the event on Portuguese marble have been installed in public places of Portimao, Portugal.
