SCULPTURE CONTEST - SPAIN

The contest is aimed to the selection of five unpublished and original sculptural proposals for their location in the future park of a Spanish town. All the international artists, independently from the place of residence can participate in this contest. Each of the artists or participating groups can introduce maximum one proposal to the contest.
To plan and realize the monument any technique or material can be used, provided that they are resistant to the action of the atmospheric agents to guarantee the durability of the monument (Example: bronze, copper, stone, iron, others). The sculpture will be installed at open air and the Jury will hold in account the proportional relationship of its measures with the environment.
The jury will grant the following prizes:
A first prize of Euro 24.000
A second prize of Euro 10.000
A third prize of Euro 5.000
Two prizes of 3.000 Euro each
The artists will have to consider that this quantity includes the costs of: ideation, model, development of the project up to its execution to real scale and rights of ownership. The realization of the definitive work, material, execution, transports and its definitive installation, will be charge and care of the organization.
