INTERNATIONAL CONTEST OF CERAMICS – ITALY

This International Contest of Ceramics of Contemporary art is open to single artists or groups of any age and without any limit of thematic. The presentation of a birth certificate or photocopy of an ID document Is however obligatory. Every competitor can introduce a maximum of three works. The execution of the works is admitted with any ceramic technique. The works can foresee the use of other materials in non prevailing way. Artists will have to declare that the works are their ownership, realized in the last two years and that they have not been introduced to other contests. The Contest is divided in two sections: one reserved to the artists under 40, the other reserved to artists over 40. All the works admitted to the final phase will be exhibited from May 26 to September 22nd 2013.
Prizes:
1 prize for artists over 40 of the value of Euro 15.000,00
1 prize for artists under 40 of the value of Euro 10.000,00
1 prize of Euro 10.000,00 to be assigned to a work inspired to the forms of the design.
1 prize of Euro 1.000,00 reserved to a young artist
