INTERNATIONAL ART EXHIBITION - GERMANY

The art objects will be placed in especially interesting and picturesque places in a town of Germany. The exhibition will be accompanied by a framework programme which invites to explore the landscape and the exhibits.
Prizes: 1.art prize: 2.500 Euro
special prize: 1.500 Euro
The exhibits must be wind- and weatherproof. Contributions of the performing arts and new media are welcome, as far as they can be integrated into the Open Air concept after prior arrangement.
The exhibits must have suitable and functioning suspension or installation systems (seams with metal holes, hooks, rings, poles, stands or anything similar). Should it not be possible to hang the object from a flag pole, tree branch or rope construction, please make sure to contact the organizers beforehand. The weight of a hanging exhibit without any hanging device must not exceed 5 kilos. Large two and three – dimensional exhibits and installations are welcome. Please, consider the long –distance effect. The award-winning objects and other selected works will be shown in follow-up exhibitions in coordination with the artists. The costs of transportation for this will be paid for by the organizers.
After the end of the exhibition (04/09/2012) the objects will be returned to the artists personally as arranged or may be sent back at the artist’s cost. For foreign artist prepaid dispatch forms are required.
