SAND SCULPTURE FESTIVAL - SWITZERLAND

This sand sculpture festival will take place in a town of Switzerland from the 11th of August 2012 to the
18th of August 2012. Each team consist of 2 persons
Costs for travel (up to CHF 1'200.- per person), accommodation and food (excl. beverages ) are paid by the festival organisation. Journeys by train and aeroplane are paid for „economy class“. Teams travelling by car (Switzerland or nearby countries) are liable for a refund of Swiss Franc CHF 0.60 per km.
Attendance allowance for all participants and price money:
a) There will be an attendance allowance of CHF 500.- for each team member.
b) Ranking: 1st place, CHF 2'000.-, 2nd place, CHF 1'500.- and 3rd place, CHF 1’000.-.
Public Price will be an extra CHF 1’500.-
Theme of the sand sculptures: "MODERN WAYS OF LIVING"
The organization provides different wood form sizes for all teams. All teams are allowed to order a maximum of 4 form parts of each size only. Important: Please be reminded, that the order should match with the design and size of the proposed sand sculpture. The organiser is happy to assist all teams in their selection.
