AIESM - HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012– SUMMARY 2011

We hope to open together new walks for the art and the sculpture in 2012 and to help to spread a message of peace, solidarity and illuminated humanity on the whole planet!
A special thank also goes in this occasion to our Managers and Agents that on 2011 succeeded in organizing a sculpture symposium with AIESM in their country and in particular, we wish to thank:
- Miguel Hernandez Urban, AIESM Manager in Mexico, organizer of a stainless steel sculpture symposium in the town of Tultepec, Mexico on March 2011 e of another stainless steel symposium in the town of Toluca on May 2011.
- Christos Lanitis, AIESM Manager in Cipro, organizer of two stone sculpture symposiums, one in the town of Limassol on May 2011 and another one in the town of Nicosia on april 2011.
- Marcos Guimaraes, AIESM Agent in Brazil, organizer on June 2011 of a stainless steel sculpture symposium in the town of Valinnhos, that was dedicated to the famous brazilian singer Adoniran Barbosa.
- Aktham Abdul Hamid, AIESM Manager in Syria, organizer in Damasco of an International stone sculpture symposium on June 2011.
- Florence Hoffmann, AIESM Manager in Luxembourg, organizer in Luxembourg city of an International wood sculpture symposium on august 2011
- Lelè Trabb, AIESM Manager in Argentina, organizer of a stone sculpture symposium in the town of Santiago dell’Estero on September 2011.
- Valentina Dusavitskaya, AIESM Manager in Russia, organizer of the 4th International sculpture symposium in clay ( bronze), steel and marble “AUTUMN INSPIRATION” in Penza, Russia on September 2011.
- Cosmin Hiristea, AIESM Agent in Romania, organizer of a wood sculpture symposium in the town of Ineu, Romania on September 2011.
About 124 sculptors have been invited to take part to these symposiums.

Thanks to the common efforts and its activity of promotion, AIESM also succeeded this year in notably widening its net of contacts and presence worldwide.
During 2011, 102 new members from different countries joined our family of artists, while the most part of the past members renewed its trust in our group.
On 2011, AIESM also named the following new Managers and Agents:

Our group currently gathers almost 400 professional sculptors of different nationality with an high-level work especially about the monumental public sculpture and it is represented in 31 countries by 30 Managers and 17 agents.
Thanks to its activities of publication (bulletin and Newsletter about competitions of sculpture worldwide), to the organization of sculpture events in different countries, to the amplification of the net of contacts, AIESM , therefore, confirmed itself in 2011 as one of the most alive realities in the promotion of the sculpture worldwide.
For this, AIESM wishes to thank all those who believed and believe in its ideal and all the artists Members for their trust and their support.
For 2012, AIESM has in program the organization of two sculpture symposiums in the town of Penza, another symposium in Belgium in the city of Lochristi, and another one in Vietnam in the town of Danang.
Our principal worry and undertaking for 2012, will continue to be offering more and more opportunities and support to our artists and to the world of the sculpture.
