ART WORKS FOR COMMAND OF FINANCIAL POLICE - ITALY

An institution in Italy announces a contest among artists for the ideation and the realization of art works to be destined to a New Provincial Command of the financial police.
The art works in contest are the following:
WORK n.1
Characteristics of the work: sculpture in the area “carrying flag”. The sculpture will have the maximum dimensions of m. 3.00 of width, m. 0.60 of depth and of m. 2.50 of height, and it won't have to weigh more than 4000 kgs; The sculpture will have to represent a "financier in weapons"
The competitors can propose the technique and the fittest materials according to his/her own sensibility.
Available Budget for the realization of the work: Euro 80.000,00.
WORK n.2
Characteristics of the work: four openable panels to be put in front of the electric panel in the autriums of the entry to the floors;
Available Budget for the realization of the panels: Euro 60.000.
Italian artists and foreigners that elect domicile in Italy can participate to the contest.
