ART WORKS FOR BARRACK - ITALY

An Italian institution announces a contest for the ideation and the realization of art works to destine to the barrack of the financial police in Turin. Artists resident in Italy or in the European Union provided that they indicate a domicile in Italy can participate to the competition.
LOT N. 1
Sculptural complex with the function of flag pole with three yards to be placed in the courtyard of the Barrack. The work can be in materials and dimensions chosen by the competitor, but however fit for its installation at open air and not needing maintenance. The work will have to cover a maximum area of m. 10,00 x m. 5,00.
The yards will have to reach a maximum height of m. 10,00, included the base.
The work must be enriched by one or more bas-reliefs in bronze, for a general surface of around 2,00 m. square, freely inspired to the values of the financial police. There is a budget of Euro 60.000,00 clean for the realization of the art work (All the expenses included)
LOT N 2
n.1 composite panel in polychromatic copper plate, worked with an “overhang” technique to be places on the wall of a polyvalent room of the new building. The subject will be freely inspired to the unity of Italy. The work will have the following dimensions: cm. 250,00 of base x cm. 150,00 of height with a maximum thickness of cm. 15,00. There is a budget of Euro 30.000,00, clean for the realization of the art work (All the expenses included)
LOT N. 3
n. 1 panel in ceramic realized in bas- relief to be placed at the entry of the building n. 124, right side.
The subject will have to be inspired to the City of Turin. The work will have to have the following dimensions:
350,00 of base for around cm. 150,00 of height with a maximum thickness of cm. 15,00.
There is a budget of 30.000,00 Euro clean for the realization of the art work (All the expenses included) .
LOT N. 4
n. 1 panel in ceramic realized in bas- relief to be placed at the entry of the building n. 124, letf side.
The subject will have to be inspired to the region of “Piemonte”, Italy. The work will have to have the following dimensions: 350,00 of base for around cm. 150,00 of height with a maximum thickness of cm. 15,00. There is a budget of 30.000,00 Euro clean for the realization of the art work (all the expenses included) .
LOT N. 5
n. 1 panel in ceramic realized in bas- relief to be placed in the room cafeteria of the building n. 124.
The theme is free but however suitable to the place. The work will have the following dimensions:
cm. 350,00 of base x around cm. 150,00 of height with a maximum thickness of cm. 15,00. There is a budget of 30.000,00 Euro clean for the realization of the art work (all the expenses included)
LOT N 6
n.6 paintings, oil on canvas, duly framed, of the following dimensions; mt. 1.00 (base) x 0.70 (height) each, reproducing an italian landscape.
There is a budget of Euro 3.000,00 clean for every work.
