WAX SCULPTURE FESTIVAL - THAILAND

This Wax Sculpture 2011,Thailand will be held during 30 June-17 July, 2011.
Any technique and style are accepted, in which wax is the main material. Works have to be created under the theme of “Sustain Heart … Sustain World’’..
The Organizing Committee will provide 3 cube of candle wax sized 1.00 x 1.00 x 1.00 metre each. Free style of creation is accepted or the use of a candle wax not exceeding 3 cubic metres will be available.
(iron is normally provided for an eventual internal structure). The qualified artists have to present the model of their piece in any material, while working.
The Organizing Committee will support the expense of airfare (economy class from the country of origin to Thailand which will be compensated in Thai baht in arrival date rate).The artist has to present a receipt and boarding pass to redeem the airfare after arrival in Thailand.The domestic airfare ticket will be provided only for the artist, not including members in the team or followers).
The Organizing Committee will provide accommodation, meals, sightseeing while staying in Thailand.
The Organizing committee also supports accommodation and meals for artist’s followers.
The Organizing Committee will give the artist a per diem of 10,000 Baht.
