A town in Italy, announces a contest for the realization of the following art work: Monument to celebrate the values of the Republic and the Constitution, the memory of the Struggles for Liberation and the values of Europe. For the realization of the monument there is a global budget of Euro 125.000,00 (includes taxes and all the expenses). Italian or foreign artists can partecipate to the contest.
