CONTEST OF ENVIRONMENTAL ART – ITALY

An italian association promotes an international prize for the realization of an intervention of environmental art "site specific" in a Living Art Park, Experimental Center of Contemporary art in Turin.
Theme of the Prize_1° edition: The biosphere of the park: Osmotic interior and exterior confinements. The environmental intervention has to be site specific, but above all “people & action” specific, as a sustainable answer to the demands of the collectivity, to the necessities of the individual to live a place.
The Prize 2011 is open to interdisciplinary groups of professionals (artists, landscapists, naturalists, set designers, designer, agronomists, gardeners) that seeks, or that has already developed, individually or in interdisciplinary groups, the thematic inherent the Art and Nature relationship.
Prizes: The 1° classified project will receive a prize of Euro 2.000,00 and the possibility to realize the work for a maximum amount of Euro 20.000,00 included iva;
The 2° classified project will receive a prize of Euro 1.000,00;
The 3° classified project will receive a prize of Euro.
