A Greek foundation is holding a competition to promote and financially support contemporary artists. The 2026 edition invites sculptors from around the world to submit proposals for a new large-scale sculptural installation that will be permanently displayed in the city. The artist will have from February to May 2026 to produce the work, which will be unveiled to the public in June 2026.
The winner will receive a prize of €15,000, in addition to coverage of the production, transport and installation of the work. The foundation will also offer the creation of printed and digital material for the exhibition and related publications, media coverage, and accommodation at a local hotel for up to 10 days.
