PUBLIC CALL FOR ARTISTS - ITALY

An Italian city announces a public tender for the creation of a sculpture to be placed in a recently built city rotunda.
The project judged to be the best, selected by a jury and citizens' vote, will be declared the winner of the competition and will subsequently be built and installed inside the roundabout.
Eligibility:
Participation in the competition is open to artists who are at least 18 years old on the deadline date of the call.
Participation can be individual or in groups; in the second case, the requisites required of the single participant must be possessed by each of the members of the group.
Each artist, individually or in a group, participates with only one work in competition, under penalty of exclusion.
The official language of the competition is Italian.
Requests for clarification and competition documents must be written in Italian.
Only the metric system is valid for the Competition documentation and for the ideas of the Competition.
Prize
The winner of the competition will receive a contribution / prize equal to the cost of the proposed work, resulting from the project proposal, with a maximum of Euro 30,000 (thirty thousand).
The work will be carried out in a time not exceeding 3 (three) months from the date of communication of the outcome of the competition to the winner and will be donated to the Municipality.
