An International Sculpture Symposium will be held on the island of Marmara, Turkey between 22.08.2022 and 22.09.2022.
Selected artists
6 artists and 2 assistants will participate.
Material
Approximately 3 m3 of Marmara marble will be used as a sculptural material.
Theme
Symposium theme: Cultural values of the island of Marmara.
Room and board
The accommodation of the artists participating in the symposium, transport, morning, lunch and dinner will be covered by the organizer.
Travel expenses
For artists traveling abroad (2,000 TL), for artists participating in Turkey (1,500 TL)
Honorary
A total of 25,000 TL will be paid to each artist
