An organizing body for a Japanese Sculpture Biennial invites all artists to submit their proposal to the figurative sculpture competition to be held in spring 2023.
Artists from anywhere in the world are eligible and the award-winning sculptures will be installed in public spaces within the city.
The subject of the sculptures can be a person from any part of the world who has contributed to the advancement of world culture.
