INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE COMPETITION - ITALY

An Italian city organize an International Sculpture Competition with the theme: "The Black Corsair, between reality and fantasy".
Purpose
The call is open to Italian and non-Italian sculptors, over 18, and aims to bring the world of art closer to that of literature.
Competition theme and executive constraints.
- The competition requires the execution of a sketch for the subsequent creation of a large sculptural artefact.
- The final size of the work must not be less than 2.40 meters high.
- The sculptural work can be made with any technique and material.
- The choice of the execution technique and of the chosen material / s must take into account:
a) The maximum time required for completion by the Commission of selection (C.G.)
b) The external location of the work
Prize
- The winning artist will be awarded a contribution of € 15,000 for the creation and delivery of the work.
