ARTIST IN RESIDENCE - USA

An artistic residence in the USA invites emerging and established artists, writers and intellectuals from all disciplines to immerse themselves in their creative practice. In particular, those who work with nature, ecology and the installation of temporary outdoor works of land art are welcome. Residence is free apart from the cost of travel and the material expenses that must be assumed by the individual.
Two to four weeks of residence are offered each year, one during the month of October and one in May. The program hosts three artists at a time. Each resident has a room, work facilities and a food allowance, participants are responsible for cooking their own meals. Each resident will be asked to present their work during their residency and weekly seminars will be held in groups, sometimes with a guest critic.
The residence is available for the autumn period 17 October-16 November 2020.
