CALL FOR PUBLIC ART – BELGIUM

A Belgian city invites all artists to send their proposal for the installation of a work that will be placed in the station district.
The work should satisfy the following requirements:
• Beautify the neighborhood, be visible and possibly colorful
• Bring the neighborhood and place to life, in particular by infusing a lively character through the association or suggestion of the water element and / or light and / or nature and / or reflective elements, and / or games transparency.
• Be interactive and possibly fun, evolving or even involve residents in its creation
• Give a sense of belonging
• Carry a message, a symbolism which is related to what creates bridges between people or villages, and which refers to the link, to the gathering.
• Be understandable by all, but at the same time do not reveal yourself too much and surprise.
Global budget of 40,000 euros including tax is reserved for the project.
