INTERNATIONAL STONE SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM – TAIWAN

A city in Taiwan organizes the 2020 edition of an international symposium on stone sculpture.
Eligibility
All those national and foreign art professionals who can independently create large outdoor sculptures can participate in this symposium.
Open Audition: 16 artists will be formally selected, while 3 will be on the waiting list.
Date of creation: from 27 September to 27 October 2020.
Creation method: the sculptors must live by creating outdoors, and the entire creation process will remain open.
Personal tools must be prepared by the sculptors themselves.
The material is provided by the organizer.
The creative design should be presented from a single piece or a set with multiple pieces and the physical dimensions should be within 2-2.5 cubic meters or the size of the installation technique space.
The organizer offers room and board and a fee of NT $ 250,000 for the creation of the sculpture.
