INTERNATIONAL ICE SCULPTURE FESTIVAL - RUSSIA

All artists are invited to take part in an International Ice Sculpture Festival which is going to be held in Russia on November, 30 - December, 9, 2019.
All participants of the Festival will be awarded with diplomas and 20 000 rubles in prize money.
The following monetary prize will be awarded to the winners:
- 1st Place 200.000 rubles
- 2nd Place 140.000 rubles
- 3rd Place 100.000 rubles
Travel expenses, meals and accommodation will be covered by the hosting organization.
