PLASTIC ARTS RESIDENCIES - FRANCE

A French art association organizes a series of artistic residences in the Normandy region.
Residence: 54 days - March / April - September / October 2020
The residence is open to all qualified artists, who have professional practice in contemporary creation (painting, sculpture, installation, photo, drawing, ceramics, performance, etc.) without limits of age and nationality. With six residences a year, from spring to autumn, Usine Utopik hosts two artists simultaneously. This organization requires collaboration for the exhibition that can lead to a joint art project.
Compensation
An artist's scholarship for a total amount of € 3750 is assigned for the residence, including a grant for the creation (payment of a lump sum) and financial assistance for the production costs associated with the residence, up to a maximum of € 1500 on the presentation of supporting documents.
An agreement is signed between the artist and the association.
Accommodation is offered by the organization in an apartment to share.
