INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE FESTIVAL - CHINA

The Hengshui Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China,Hengshui Municipal People's Government, and the Urban Sculpture Specialized Committee of Beijing Urban Planning Society, organize the International Urban Sculpture Festival “Ecological Hengshui·Artistic Raoyang”. in Hengshui, Heibei,, from Sep. 5th 2019 to Sep. 20th 2019.
Requirements of Works
-Requirements:proposals should be original designs by artists,and must based on theme of activity.
-Quantity of works:30 urban sculptures will be established in outdoor public space.
-Scales of works: 3 to 5 meters
-for professional artists all over the world, regardless of country, nationality and gender
-Awards: each final selected work would be rewarded with ¥60000 after tax;for the special-invited artist,he/she would be rewarded with ¥100000 after tax;The above bonuses include cost of making the final sculptural maquette.Sculptors will achieve honorary certificates issued by Raoyang County People's Government, selected works will be permanently collected in Hengshui after sculptors’ confirmations.
