An art festival in Russia hosts a residency program for artists from January to December 2019.
eligibility
Russian and foreign artists can apply for application. The term of stay in the residence is from 3 to 8 weeks, during this period the artists conduct research, organize a master class and an exhibition of the works created. Furthermore, selected projects can be included in the festival program.
Board and lodging offered to residents.
Entertainment events for artists are planned.
