A Cultural Association announces the competition for the design of works in paper. The competition is aimed at the realization of projects in paper or similar derived from recycling (cardboard, cardboard tubes, cores, recycled material, non-woven fabric, etc.) and is bound predominant use of these materials.
The purpose of the contest is to promote paper as a raw material alternative to everyday consumer and industrial.
The theme of this Biennale is "Borders and Prospects"
The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE Provides to artists:
- Accommodation;
- Round-trip travel costs;
- A € 1’000.00 fee provided at the end of Biennial, proved that the artist realizes the proposed work.
- Promotion of the artwork.
- Assistance by Technical department;
- Hardware items and wood for a maximum of Euro 400.00 (four hundred);
- Tools and spare parts for a maximum of Euro 200.00 (two hundred);
Each finalist is the only maker of the project IDEA. That's why the finalists must ensure their presence and collaboration during the creation and installation of their artwork. The Organizing Committee may claim the right of the final placement of the installations.
