SCULPTURE CONTEST - ITALY

An Italian cultural association announces a Sculpture Competition.The event will be held on August 3, 2014.
The Prize is open to all artists, sculptors, stone cutters, regardless of age, gender, nationality or other qualification. Each artist can participate with one or more works. The technique of this first edition is the bas-relief.
The works can be realized on any type of stone (stone or other type of San Marino also local). The size of the works submitted must be within the following limits: from (20 x 30 x 5) cm (40 x 60 x 8) cm (10% of tolerance).
Participants will be able to realize their works on site or submit finished works (made elsewhere, but respecting the subject).
The jury will meet Sunday, August 3rd at 11:00 am. The announcement of the winner will take place on the same day in the early hours of the afternoon. The decisions of the Jury are final.
The winner of the First Competition of Sculpture New Mercatale will receive a prize of € 700.00 (seven hundred).
