ANNUAL ART COMPETITION – UK

Call for entry for an annual open submission exhibition inviting work from national and international artists practising contemporary and conceptual art. Work submitted can include painting, installation, film and sound, textile, photography, ceramics, drawing and print, performance, sculpture, glass, metal and plastics. There are no geographical restrictions. Artists must be over 21. Work should be recent. Size limitations are according to available space.
Up to 40 artists will be included in the exhibition, each with the possibility of showing more than one work.
3 award winners will each receive £500.
2014 edition of the contest offers an opportunity for artists to participate in an education programme; artists’ residencies; a workshop, and a day of artists in conversation. An artists’ catalogue is published each year
Application fee: £32.00 for first two images, any additional images £5 each (ie maximum 6 images per application). Fee payable by bank transfer, PayPal, cheque or postal order
