INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE SYMPOSIUM - ISRAEL

An Israelian Municipality organizes aStone International Sculpture Symposium. Artists will stay for 20 days and sculpt their creations in the open air space. Local stone is provided on site and is the centerpiece of the event.
Theme: Industrial Art
The symposium will take place during March-April 2014 .
Tools will be on charge of artists, Municipality will provide connections to electricity (V220), air and water. The Symposium Administration may to assign students as personal assistant to selected sculptors. Bringing a personal assistant is the responsibility and funding of sculptor at all aspects (stay expenses, insurance, hospitality, accommodation etc).
Lodging and food expenses shall be paid by the Municipality during the entire Symposium. Other extra costs (extension of stay, telephone calls, special transportation expenses) shall be paid by the sculptor.
The Municipality shall pay a participating sculpture: 2000 USD
