PRIZE OF CONTEMPORARY ART - ITALY

The Prize is a contest to prizes finalized to the promotion of the artists and the contemporary art and the exploitation of the relationship between art and enterprise, with special focus on the theme of the solidarity. All the artists can participate, Italians and not, that firmly operate on the Italian territory. The Prize will sustain an initiative of solidarity devolving to the same one a quota equal to 5 times the value of the distributed prizes.
The Winner Works of the Prize will be awarded during of ceremony of awarding and their artworks will be exposed in exhibition in December 2013 in Rome
THEME
"To be or not to Be. With the Others. The Social Net by rules of the art."
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to Artists, Italians and foreigners, that firmly work in Italy and are age of 18 years. The fee is free.
The Committee will individualize the 15 finalists and, among these, the Jury will choose the 3 winning Works
The 15 finalists artworks will be exposed in the exhibition, while only the 3 winners will be winning during the event of Awarding.
THE WORKS
The artist can introduce artworks of new realization or made it in the last twelve months before the Date of Beginning of the Prize. The artworks don't have won or resulted finalists to other contest.
The media are admitted:
SCULPTURE and PAINTING: with any technique and on any support, of maximum dimension allowed of 3m x 3 m.
PHOTO, ELABORATIONS AND LIGHT-BOX:

Every artist will have to point out the title of the work and a brief text that explains the proposal for the Prize.

Second

Third
A prize purchase of 2.000 eu/ 2,700usd
Possible special Prize
