PUBLIC ART: WORK OF EMBELLISHMENT - ITALY

An Italian Department calls for a contest to resident artists in Italy and in the European Union for the realization of an artwork to set near the new Building of Justice of an Italian City.
The artwork will be a sculpture in the round for open air location, the dimension will have to be height max of 3,00 m, excluded plinth and a diameter max of 3,00m.
The executive techniques and the materials are free, keeping mind to the durability and safety of the work.
The theme is free, the artist has to consider the specific context of the installation.
The budget is fixed 30.000eu/40,140usd to the realization of the work and comprehensive of any relative cost
