Soprintendenza Speciale per il Patrimonio Storico of an Italian City announces the contest for the selection of an artistic project for a Castle
Theme: The theme of the third edition of the contest is "Suspension. Waits… "
Goal of the contest: The target of the contest is to select an artistic project for Castle, not limits of techniques, compatible with the museum spaces of the Castle and with the safety rules.
An exhibition will be organized for the first ten selected projects and a catalog that documents the biographies of the finalist artists selected and their jobs. Besides, the finalist artworks will be published on the website
Eligibility: The call is open to the Italian artists or foreigner that firmly operate on the Italy, they have to be aged between 21 and 36.
The work or the project introduced have to be unpublished,
The participants can participate in the contest with one project only.
The contest foresees a cash prize of 10,000eu/13,140usd (vat included) comprehensive of the necessary expenses to cover the realization of the work and relative certifications.
The winning project of the contest will be acquired by the Superintendence and it will enter to belong to the permanent collection of Castle.
