PRIZE FOR SCULPTURE AND VARIOUS ARTS - ITALY

A Cultural Association calls for a prize contest to artists with the purpose to promote and to valorize the Contemporary Art. The Contest foresees: 80 artworks will be selected for five sections Painting, Graphics, Photo, Video, Sculpture and Installation, an exhibition, the publication of the catalog, five awards and two residences for two young artists.
The finalist artworks will be displayed for the vote and the adjudication of the prizes in a Italian City in two Museum from June 22 to July 6th, 2013.
The contest is open to all the contemporary artists and of every nationality. There are no limits of age and of theme.
The sections are:
SCULPTURE and INSTALLATION
The criteria for selection will be the quality, the search, the originality and contemporaneity of the work. In the section of sculpture and installation are admitted works realized with any raw or manipulated materials, media, objects traditional and innovative expressive forms. The artworks can include interactive parts with mechanical or electrical movements, sounds, lights and video.
The allowed maximum measures are w4 meters, d4 meters, h3 meters.

Fee
The fee is 50eu (64 usd) for every submitted work in the section Painting, Graphic, Photo, Video and Sculpture and Installation
