25 NATIONAL COMPETITION OF PLASTIC ARTS - SPAIN

The Municipality of a Spanish City organizes the 25th National Competition of Plastic Arts. The call is open to all residents artists in Spain, except the winners of the last edition.
Prizes:
SCULPTURE 1.000 eu (1,340 usd)
PAINTING 1.000 eu (1,340usd)
Each participant can present a maximum of two works for each one of the section, the artworks have to be original and not rewarded in any other Contest.
The authors have complete liberty about topic, material, technique and aesthetic style. The artworks have to be signed and to allow the direct display without any manipulations neither ulterior assembly. The Organization will be reserved the right of accepting to competition works carried out in fragile materials whose handling supposes an evident risk for its integrity.
The specific characteristics for each section will be:
A) SCULPTURE: The works will have not to exceed of the 70 cm. high and of the 50 kgs. of weight.
B) PAINTING: The size will have not to exceed of 61x 50 cm., excluding the frames. Works won't be admitted with glass. The artwork will be signed in the right side and in the reverse the complete name and the title
