Pyotr Ilyich Ciajkovskij, the Committee for urban planning and architecture of a Russian city invites artists to take a part.
The competition is an artistic event that aims to select the best design for the monument.
The competition is open, with participation of specialists (architects, sculptors, designers, artists) - individual masters or workshops, creative teams from Russia and foreign countries.
The competition takes place in two phases.
The first phase is the creation of a proposal.
The second phase is the creation of a construction project. The results will be announced by 14 April 2020.
The prize pool of the competition is 5,000,000.00 rubles.
